About the Client Our client is an international company specializing in payment solutions with a strong focus on AI technology. They serve a diverse range of customers by providing innovative payment processing services. With a fully remote team, they are expanding their presence in the global market. Role Overview As a Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy and infrastructure from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a scaling fintech company by participating directly in merchant acquisition and refining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You'll lead the design of CRM architecture and establish key commercial metrics, creating a dynamic and data-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build the sales infrastructure from the ground up. Participate directly in merchant acquisition and sales conversations. Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Design CRM architecture, processes, and reporting frameworks. Establish key commercial metrics and forecasting models. Create sales playbooks and operating procedures.

Requirements

Experience in B2B sales, payments, fintech, SaaS, or related industries. Built sales functions, territories, or commercial processes from scratch. Strong understanding of CRM design, pipeline management, and GTM execution. Experience working across multiple lead generation channels. A data-driven approach to metrics, forecasting, and commercial decision-making. Languages: English, Russian. Experience in fintech. Key Soft Skills Extremely fast thinker and learner. Comfortable challenging assumptions and defending your point of view. Able to engage in high-intensity discussions with founders and senior stakeholders.
