Description Long Term Care Pharmacy is seeking an Experienced Retail Pharmacy Technician with Customer Service skills to join our team Remotely! We offer a competitive salary and benefit package. Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Responsibilities Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
