Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Assist with the recruitment process: posting jobs, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating background checks. Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring all documentation is complete and processes are followed. Maintain employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs. Help coordinate employee training and development programs. Support HR projects and initiatives as needed. Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations. Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labor law requirements.

Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in an HR-related role or internship. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a remote setting. Eagerness to learn and develop in the HR field. Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
