• Gather and document business and system requirements
• Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with users to identify business needs
• Troubleshoot system issues and support existing applications
• Assist with system implementation and documentation

Skills

• 2+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and data entry skills
• Experience with requirements gathering and business process analysis
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Data Entry
• Familiar with uploading data
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Healthcare or information systems experience
• Experience supporting integrated system implementation
