You'll partner with architects to build plugins, Gutenberg blocks, and data migration strategies that could become the foundation for a larger re-platforming effort. Required Skills & Experience

• Block patterns, variations, template parts
• Database & Integration (2–4 years)
• MySQL / MariaDB — indexing, optimization, schema design
• REST API integration (OAuth, JWT, error handling)
• Data migration / ETL transformation, validation, rollback
