Tech Support for Dashboards and Trackers

We are seeking a tech support specialist to assist with fixing our dashboards and trackers. The role involves working with Google Drive, WordPress, and Zapier to ensure smooth functionality. PROJECT 1 We are a course provider and we have various course participants submitting deliverables via Google Drive and our LMS in LearnDash. We use Zapier to link these items to a master tracker to track submissions. However, it is pretty basic and always breaks down. We need a better approach to tracking these participant submissions - and to make a nice visual dashboard as well. We use Hubspot, so it would be great to integrate with Hubspot where possible. We ideally want to create a system where we can easily see what submissions are coming in, and our team can tick off various actions to track providing feedback to participants. PROJECT 2 We use SurveyMonkey to do course surveys, and we want a dashboard to track responses over time. We also want to create automated reports that we can send to our clients with the course feedback. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently as well as creating functional and visual dashboards. This is a one off engagement.
