Talent Associate

Remote · Denmark Full-time

Fancy building a career in Talent?

We are looking for a Talent Associate to join us at Montu, someone who wants to get stuck in, learn fast, and play a real part in building the teams that power our pharmacy and operations functions.

You don’t need recruitment experience. Seriously! What you do need is curiosity, exceptional organisation, and the kind of people skills that make others instantly feel at ease.

If you are the type who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves a bit of organised chaos, and gets a buzz from helping people land roles, you will fight right in.

What will you be doing?

Think of this as your front-row seat to how great teams are built:

  • Owning and supporting hiring across pharmacy and operations - from Pharmacy Assistants and Trainee Dispensers to Patient Support and Engagement roles

  • Becoming a trusted go-to for hiring managers, helping them make confident, quick decisions

  • Bringing energy to our assessment center's, helping us hire at scale without losing the human touch

  • Getting creative with sourcing (we are e not about “post and pray”) - think social, outreach, and smart pipeline building

  • Keeping everything running like clockwork behind the scenes, from ATS updates to candidate comms

What are we looking for?

  • You are already part of Montu and ready for something new, ideally something more people-focused

  • You are naturally curious and not afraid to try new ideas (or challenge old ones)

  • Organisation is your superpower - you don’t drop balls

  • You have got great energy and communicate with confidence and warmth

  • You can juggle, prioritise, and keep calm when things get busy (because they will)

  • Happy to work onsite at least 3 days per week and sometimes the odd weekend.

Nice to have

  • Have dipped your toe into recruitment, HR, or coordination before

  • Know your way around an ATS

  • Are genuinely interested in healthcare - or excited by what we’re building at Montu

What we offer:

  • Generous Leave: 25 days holiday (rising to 27 after year one and 30 after year two) + 8 bank holidays

  • Pension Matching: Up to 5% employer matching contributions

  • Flexibility and Wellness: Work-from-home options, cycle-to-work scheme, private health and more

  • Growth Opportunities: Collaborate across teams and represent Montu at events, with support to grow your skills and impact

  • Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Leave
