This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States Description: CTG is seeking to fill a Tableau Developer (Business Intelligence Analyst) position for our client.

• Location: Remote
• Duration: 6 months
• Duties:
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data visualization solutions.
• Stand up, configure, and administer Tableau environments (Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver actionable insights.
• Optimize performance of dashboards, data extracts, and queries for scalability and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from relational databases and data warehouses.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting solutions.
• Implement and maintain data security, governance, and role-based access controls.
• Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and user support for BI solutions.
• Participate in Agile or iterative development processes, including sprint planning and reviews.
• Skills:
• Strong Tableau development expertise, including dashboards, calculated fields, parameters, and data blending.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases and data warehouses.
• Experience administering Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and access controls.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Snowflake (preferred).
• Exposure to complementary BI/analytics tools such as Power BI or Alteryx (nice to have).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Proven experience standing up and administering Tableau environments (Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud).
• Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level BI and analytics solutions.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Tableau certifications such as Tableau Desktop Specialist, Certified Data Analyst, or Tableau Server Certified Associate are a plus.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $59.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
