We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a remote teletherapy position. This role will enable you to provide speech and language therapy, utilizing cutting-edge technology from the comfort of your chosen workspace. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver personalized speech and language therapy sessions to pediatric caseload from a remote teletherapy platform. - Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific child's needs and goals. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care and optimal therapy outcomes. - Monitor child's progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes in compliance with professional standards and regulations. Qualifications: - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. - Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Tennessee. - Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. - Prior experience in telepractice is advantageous but not required. - Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based treatment methods. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Comfortable with technology and various teletherapy platforms. - Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
