Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead technical service delivery and platform transformation for Third-Party Liability (TPL) and Prior Authorization (PA) systems. This role will drive engineering delivery, automation, and platform modernization to improve scalability, performance, and business outcomes. Your role in our mission Own end-to-end delivery of TPL and PA platforms, ensuring high performance, reliability, and SLA adherence Lead engineering teams (on/offshore) for enhancements, releases, and defect resolution Drive architecture, integration (APIs, FHIR/HL7), and workflow/rules engine solutions Implement automation and AI/ML capabilities (document processing, auto-decisioning, data matching) Oversee DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release governance Ensure compliance, security, and audit readiness Partner with product, operations, and clients to align technical solutions with business needs Build capabilities in modern engineering practices (microservices, cloud, AI integration). Drive accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement culture. What we're looking for Ten (10) or more years in technical delivery/engineering, with healthcare domain experience Experience with Medicaid/Medicare systems and regulatory environments Experience with microservices, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), APIs, and workflow engines Exposure to AI/ML, automation, and data integration (FHIR/HL7) PMP and/or ITIL certification (Preferred but not required) What you should expect in this role This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position. Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week). Health (medical, dental, vision) benefits start on day 1 of employment.
