This role is a senior, project‑based data visualization and analytics position focused on delivering high‑quality Tableau dashboards that support Sales, Sales Operations, and Revenue Operations. The role partners closely with stakeholders to translate business questions into scalable, SQL‑driven insights using AWS data warehouses, Salesforce data, and advanced visualization techniques, with an emphasis on performance, usability, and executive‑level communication. How You Will Make an Impact Leverage scalable data models within AWS data warehouse environments to support sales reporting and analytics Develop and optimize Tableau dashboards (Tableau Cloud) and Salesforce reports to provide clear visibility into pipeline, bookings, and performance metrics Responsible for the management of our reporting integrity, consistency, and alignment of data across AWS, Salesforce, and BI platforms Write and optimize complex SQL queries to transform and analyze large, multi-source datasets Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to define, standardize, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) Translate business questions into scalable data solutions and reporting frameworks Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve sales performance and operational efficiency Continuously enhance data models, dashboard performance, and reporting usability. Required Experience 4+ years of experience in Sales Intelligence, Sales Operations, or Data Analytics Advanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with AWS data warehouses (e.g., Redshift or similar) Strong experience building dashboards in Tableau Deep knowledge of Salesforce data models, reporting, and sales processes Strong understanding of how AI/ML capabilities can be applied to large-scale datasets to enhance analysis, forecasting, and decision-making Proven ability to connect data structures to business metrics and outcomes Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders What Sets You Apart (preferred qualifications) Tableau Certification Active Tableau Public profile or professional dashboard portfolio Comfortable operating in a project‑based, fast‑changing environment with shifting priorities Join SS&C, where innovation meets global opportunities. Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. New York: The expected base salary for the position is between $120,000 USD to $145,000 USD. Massachusetts: The expected base salary for the position is between $120,000 USD to $145,000 USD. In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company’s discretion.
