Mentor junior staff and assist team managers with various tasks. Interact with clients through video calls (Zoom + MS Teams) and respond to queries via email/Slack/MS Teams live chats. Enter invoices and other accounting data into cloud-based accounting systems. Streamline accounting functions and operations for efficiency. Job Specifications: ACCA, MBA, or equivalent qualifications in accounting or finance. Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP, as well as Microsoft Office tools. Fluent spoken and written English for effective communication with U.S.-based clients. Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, ensuring accurate records and seamless remote work with reliable internet and a dedicated workspace.
