Senior Academic Operations Manager

INTERNAL ONLY - We’re pleased to share a new role within our Academic team; Senior Manager, Academic Operations. About the role In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Operations and Assessment to lead the academic administration management and support of NCUK Study Centres, including centre registration, student registration, systems access, academic queries, certification and relevant assessment support processes. You will manage the provision of high-quality customer service and contribute to the academic and commercial success of NCUK. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a senior operational leadership role, manage a team, and work cross-functionally across the business. Key responsibilities Lead the delivery of Academic Operations strategies, success measures and KPIs. Develop, maintain and implement procedures, processes and systems to support NCUK’s centre support activities. Manage relationships with delivery partners, ensuring centres and students receive a high-quality and accurate service throughout the academic cycle. Lead the development and delivery of information, data, presentations and training materials for delivery partners and students. Work with teams across NCUK, including Technology, Finance, Academic and Communications, to support system improvements, accurate data, academic communications and operational delivery. Supervise and manage the performance of team members in line with the PDR framework, developing a high-performing team.
