What You'll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and information flow within the location, coordinating security-related activities as directed. Monitor alarms, surveillance systems, and/or incoming calls to identify and document incidents or unusual activities. Dispatch security personnel or emergency responders to specific areas as needed, based on site-specific protocols. Maintain detailed logs and records of all communications, incidents, and responses. Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and vendors by following security-related procedures and location-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to established guidelines. Assist in coordinating emergency response activities and disseminating critical information to appropriate parties. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pepper spray certification is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
