Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring we can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high quality solutions. This person will work closely with the development team(s) to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team(s) to help foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that we are meeting our objectives consistently. Responsibilities: Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes for our application development team(s). Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions Resolve team impediments both internally and externally Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality solutions on time Ensure the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles Champion Agile principles across our IT organization as part of our Agile transformation Requirements: 3+ years professional experience in a Scrum Master role Certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Agile Scrum techniques Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps with a preference for Jira Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to lead and facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Nice-to-Haves: Kanban certification and/or SAFe certification In-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices Victaulic is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EOE/M/F/Vets/Disabled) employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.
