Position Title: Salesforce Scrum Master Location Tysons Corner, VA (Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Eligibility: U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders only Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams supporting Salesforce implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce platform delivery and a proven track record of facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving successful project outcomes in fast-paced implementation environments. This role requires close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Salesforce Developers, Administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including:
• Sprint Planning
• Daily Standups
• Sprint Reviews/Demos
• Retrospectives
• Backlog Refinement Sessions
• Remove impediments and proactively address blockers impacting delivery teams.
• Ensure teams remain focused on sprint goals and committed deliverables.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track and report sprint metrics, velocity, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery progress.
• Foster Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among developers, administrators, QA analysts, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Support release planning and delivery activities within Salesforce environments.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive accountability, transparency, and successful execution of project objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience delivering projects on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with Salesforce implementations involving one or more of the following:
• Health Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Experience Cloud
• Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience leading Salesforce implementation projects, not solely operations and maintenance (O&M) engagements.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Ability to identify and remove blockers while maintaining team productivity and delivery momentum.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Salesforce Administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of Salesforce:
• Release management
• Configuration and customization
• Integrations
• Deployment processes
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Agile and delivery management tools such as:
• Jira
• Confluence
• Zephyr
• Salesforce DevOps tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Scrum Master certification such as:
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
• Experience working within SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments.
• Salesforce Administration and/or Salesforce configuration experience.
• Salesforce certifications are a strong plus.

Compensation

The expected compensation range for this position is $110,000 – $140,000 annually. Compensation is determined in good faith and may vary based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, clearance level, labor category alignment, contract requirements, work location, internal equity, and business needs. The posted range reflects the Sky’s reasonable estimate at the time of posting and does not guarantee a specific salary or rate.
