Profile Requirements: 3 – 5 years plus of Salesforce development experience Financial services industry experience preferred Visualforce and APEX experience Salesforce platform developer certification Salesforce integration experience desirable Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, or equivalent field Strong technical background using the latest technologies Agile Experience and Mindset – strong understanding of TDD (Test Driven Development) Excellent understanding of object orientated languages Exposure to current application architectures Integration development using Web Services, REST, XML and JSON technologies Energy, driven and motivated to manage several project and priorities in a fast-paced work environment Be a proactive problem solver who takes ownership for their work and its contribution to the business Core responsibilities: Improve functionality and the processes in the business for Salesforce Design and deliver solutions which meet the requirements of the business within the overall timelines of the change programme Develop back end functionality to integrate multiple systems using industry standard integration technology Provide technical leadership and thought management towards our roadmap Work within the standards of quality, time and budget expected in a challenging, fast-paced agile driven work environment Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
