Contact prospects who have inquired about our virtual assistant staffing and virtual receptionist services to qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team. 📚 Training & Development Sit in on sales calls to understand the sales process and refine your communication skills. Participate in daily coaching sessions with our experienced sales team. 💼 Transition to Full-Time Sales After demonstrating proficiency in appointment setting and product knowledge, transition into a full-time sales role. Manage your own pipeline and sales process to close deals. Use insights gained during training to proactively source and convert leads. Qualifications: Sales and appointment-setting experience is a MUST. We offer training, but you must come in with proven sales experience for at least 2 years. Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably GoHighLevel, is an asset. Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage prospects. Coachable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement. Team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively.
