About The Role As a Research Associate in the Lab Sciences department, you will work independently in the day to day laboratory operations, and collect and review data. Also support the activities of various service groups including ligand binding, flow cytometry, molecular biology and LCMS/MS, as needed. Participate in the creation of study worksheets, SOP’s and other controlled documents as assigned. Provide support for general laboratory equipment and maintenance as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Laboratory Maintenance (cleaning, ordering supplies, equipment PM, etc.).
  • Collect and organize laboratory data according to the appropriate oversight document (ex: Protocol, Analytical Study Plan, SOPs).
  • Create and/or revise SOP and SOP forms.
  • Work independently in study-related tasks.
  • Perform quality control review of laboratory and study records.
  • Assist with method development activities.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in scientific discipline or equivalent education and laboratory experience, Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant laboratory experience
  • Basic to Intermediate computer skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) or regulatory experience is preferred.
