The role involves driving the product lifecycle, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Establish tactical roadmaps, line extensions, and GTM plans to deliver world-class features
• Conduct competitive analysis and research to prioritize features in a shifting landscape
• Partner with Dev and Delivery teams to translate requirements into precise specs; drive collaboration across marketing, sales, and compliance
• Support sales efforts through decks, pricing analysis, and RFI/RFP responses
• Monitor usage trends and compliance mandates to guide enhancements and revenue opportunities

Skills

• 7+ years in Product Management
• 2-3 years specifically in Fintech (Credit Card Issuing/Systems of Record)
• BA/BS in Technology or Business (Required)
• Mastery of SDLC
• Executive-level communication
• Ability to work independently
• Must be authorized to work in the US. No sponsorship available
• Proficiency in Jira
• Experience in matrix organizations
