They are seeking a Software Engineer IV to analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and data integration.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions to optimize system performance and data integration
- Configure and integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with Amazon Connect and AWS cloud services to enable omnichannel cloud contact center solutions
- Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Design and develop backend APIs and system integrations using Salesforce REST/SOAP services, Node.js, and AWS cloud technologies
- Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Salesforce DX, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins
- Participate in Agile development cycles to plan sprints, review deliverables, and deploy Salesforce application features
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of related experience
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions to optimize system performance and data integration
- Configure and integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with Amazon Connect and AWS cloud services to enable omnichannel cloud contact center solutions
- Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
