They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who is proficient in Rust and experienced in building distributed backend systems to contribute to their platform for AI and machine learning workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance backend services in Rust, optimized for scalability and reliability
• Build and maintain distributed systems deployed in Kubernetes-native cloud environments
• Contribute to the development of LLM and RAG-based platform features in production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions
• Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of engineering practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and reliability issues across distributed backend services

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles
• 3+ years of experience with Rust as a primary programming language
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Solid background in distributed systems design and development
• Exposure to LLM, RAG, or vector search technologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Advanced proficiency in English
