Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sapphire Software Solutions Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in Data Transformation and Data Management. The role involves managing large and complex data transformation projects, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management while executing project controls and governance.

Responsibilities

• Experience managing large and complex data transformation projects
• General understanding of the Solution Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC), as supported projects involve the delivery and deployment of technical solutions
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models, including active participation in Scrum ceremonies and Program Increment (PI) Planning activities
• Experience executing end-to-end (E2E) project controls using a structured project management framework, including:
• Program and project status reporting
• Workplan management
• CRAIDD management (Change Requests, Risks, Action Items, Issues, Decisions, and Dependencies)
• Stakeholder and RACI management
• Scope and value tracking
• Lessons learned documentation
• KPI tracking and reporting
• Create and maintain program and project communications, including executive-facing presentations and status updates
• Execute governance controls, including Scope/Value approvals and release sign-off processes
• Manage team rosters and support financial controls to ensure work remains within budget
• Establish and facilitate team meeting cadences, ensuring objectives are clear, action items are tracked, and documentation is maintained in centralized repositories
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience facilitating meetings and coordinating work across geographically distributed and virtual teams
