About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and innovative recruitment consultancy, is seeking a seasoned Senior FinTech Recruiter to join their fully remote team. This role is crucial for connecting top-tier talent with leading financial technology companies. You will leverage your deep understanding of the FinTech landscape and your exceptional recruitment skills to identify, engage, and place professionals in areas such as blockchain, digital payments, regtech, and AI in finance. This is a remote-first position, offering unparalleled flexibility and the opportunity to work with exciting clients shaping the future of finance, regardless of your physical location.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a wide range of FinTech roles, including blockchain developers, data scientists, quantitative analysts, compliance officers, and product managers. Develop and execute specialized sourcing strategies to attract niche talent within the competitive FinTech sector. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, industry knowledge, and cultural fit for fast-paced FinTech environments. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with FinTech professionals and key decision-makers. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a superior candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance. Collaborate closely with FinTech clients to understand their specific needs, market position, and hiring objectives. Stay abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and talent movements within the FinTech industry. Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Contribute to the development of talent pipelines for critical and emerging FinTech roles.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years specializing in Financial Technology (FinTech). Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in niche and highly technical FinTech roles. Strong understanding of FinTech concepts, including blockchain, cryptocurrencies, AI in finance, payments, and regulatory technology. Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills tailored for remote interactions. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a remote setting. A proactive approach to identifying talent and understanding market dynamics. Experience with the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US FinTech scene is a plus, but not required for remote candidates.
