Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kelly is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the Direct Deposit Real-Time Validation Project. This role involves leading business requirements gathering, translating those into functional specifications, and serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and requirements elicitation to define project objectives and business needs
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable deliverables for technical teams
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and project delivery teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Support solution design by validating business requirements and ensuring proposed solutions meet business objectives
• Manage requirements traceability, documentation, and change control
• Collaborate with QA and business teams to define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Identify and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and recommendations to project leadership
• Provide business analysis support through implementation, deployment, and post-production stabilization

Skills

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise technology initiatives
• Strong expertise in business requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional documentation
• Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting system implementations and software development projects
• Strong understanding of requirements traceability, change management, and UAT
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
