[Remote] Salesforce Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Akkodis is working with a top client seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator. This role involves supporting and optimizing enterprise Salesforce environments while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain enterprise Salesforce environments, ensuring platform stability, performance, and user adoption
  • Configure and enhance Salesforce using Flows, Lightning Experience, reports, dashboards, and other declarative tools
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
  • Support production releases, change management activities, and ongoing platform enhancements
  • Manage Salesforce security, data governance, user access, profiles, permission sets, and compliance requirements
  • Work within Azure DevOps or similar Agile ALM platforms to support work management, release tracking, and SDLC processes

Skills

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Flow, Lightning Experience, security model, reporting, dashboards, and declarative automation
  • Experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations
  • Familiarity with REST API integrations and Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar work management and release tracking tools
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required or highly preferred; additional certifications such as Platform App Builder or Advanced Administrator are a plus
  • Nice-to-have experience with Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Voice, Knowledge Management, Einstein/Agentforce, and Identity & Access Management concepts
