[Remote] Sales Operations Senior Manager

The Senior Manager, Sales Operations will serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership, providing data-driven insights, forecasting, planning, and operational support to drive revenue growth and sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Transform sales and financial data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Develop sales forecasts and performance analyses
  • Act as a trusted business partner to Area Sales Leaders and senior stakeholders
  • Build and manage sales quotas, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and key business metrics
  • Support strategic planning, territory planning, and resource allocation

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, FP&A, Business Analytics, or related functions
  • Experience with forecasting, sales performance management, and KPI reporting
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) required
  • 7 - 10 Years of Experience
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
