[Remote] Sales Director-Data Center Workforce Solutions

They are seeking an experienced Sales Director to expand client relationships and develop new business opportunities within the data center construction sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the data center construction market
  • Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, electrical contractors, mechanical contractors, and data center developers
  • Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline through networking, industry events, referrals, and prospecting activities
  • Present workforce solutions tailored to client project needs, timelines, and labor requirements
  • Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful workforce delivery and client satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms
  • Monitor market trends, project activity, labor demands, and competitive landscape
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records

Skills

  • Strong background in business development, staffing, workforce solutions, construction services, or data center infrastructure
  • Established network within the mission-critical construction industry
  • Experience in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with contractors, EPC firms, developers, and end users involved in data center construction
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives
  • Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the data center construction market
