Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Moore is a data-driven constituent experience management company, and they are seeking a Sales Associate to identify and grow sales opportunities primarily through phone and online communications. This entry-level role involves promoting the Accelerate product, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and providing solutions to help them achieve their marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales outreach to potential clients to introduce and sell Accelerate solutions and products
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through research and engagement with prospects
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their goals
  • Understand and explain the features, benefits, and value propositions of Accelerate products
  • Assist with inbound sales calls as needed, providing excellent customer service and converting inquiries into sales
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Conduct demos, follow up with clients in a timely manner, and manage the sales pipeline effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client deliverables and deadlines
  • Continuously learn about our industry and the unique benefits of our products and services to provide the best possible support to potential customers

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university
  • 2 years relevant experience in SaaS sales and / or customer relationship management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Resourceful and proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • A go-getter attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career
  • Self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Sales or customer relationship management experience supporting non-profit organizations
