Responsibilities

  • Take inbound and make outbound calls, giving clear and objective answers to questions about eligibility, policies, and access to care
  • Handle escalated concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Review and process documents related to income, identity, and eligibility verification
  • Stay current on program policies and apply them accurately using your resource materials

Skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable, consistent attendance
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
