Eliassen Group is a strategic consulting firm that helps organizations reach further and achieve more through technology and business advisory solutions. They are seeking a Project Manager to lead the modernization of claims processing by implementing and optimizing EDI workflows and improving automation throughout the claims lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for claims processing and EDI initiatives
• Coordinate and manage multiple vendors, clearinghouses, and technical partners
• Own and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and external vendors
• Drive adoption of automated, industry-standard billing and claims workflows
• Provide recommendations on process improvements and vendor solutions
• Identify and manage dependencies across systems, vendors, and teams
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintain momentum throughout delivery

Skills

• Proven experience managing projects involving EDI 837 transactions
• Direct experience with claims processing, clearinghouses, and claims data flows
• Strong vendor management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
• Experience driving projects in third-party administration (TPA) or similar environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, make recommendations, and advance initiatives
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM or Zoho's low-code environment
• Light technical or coding background
• Experience evaluating, onboarding, or replacing vendors to accelerate delivery
• Background in healthcare benefits, insurance, or related regulated industries
