[Remote] Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LHH is seeking a Remote Program Manager Non Tech for their client, ideal for those with experience in community management and education-focused communities. The role involves engaging with users, analyzing community sentiment, and managing online platforms to enhance audience engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Experience working with education, edtech, or educator-facing communities OR adjacent experience (ex., supporting learning platforms, training communities, or education-focused products)
  • Community management / social media/audience engagement (experience managing online communities and building relationships with users) years
  • Data analysis and community reporting (ability to synthesize feedback and insights from community sentiment and engagement)
  • For example: Experience using audience listening tools to gather feedback and analyze community sentiment. Candidates must be able to synthesize insights (ex reactions to product updates) and provide clear, actionable feedback based on what they are hearing from the community
  • Content creation and platform management (experience using platforms like Facebook or similar to engage targeted audiences)
  • Additional context: While this role will not focus on creating marketing content (ex, Instagram posts), candidates must have experience engaging directly with communities, particularly in managing platforms like Discord or forums. Strong relationship building skills and an understanding of how to effectively use these platforms are required
