They are seeking a Product Manager for their Merchandising Platform to lead the vision and execution of a campaign-based platform that enhances the discovery and promotion of Airbnb's offerings across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and platform roadmap that supports the merchandising needs of key business verticals (e.g. Homes, Services, Experiences, International) and new bets (e.g. Hotels, Luxe, Partnerships)
• Build and scale a flexible, configurable platform for rapid testing and deployment of merchandising formats and offers/incentives
• Incorporate the latest AI technologies to automate targeting, creative asset generation, and campaign management
• Define and measure campaign performance, revenue lift, and guest engagement
• Partner with creative and operations teams to manage campaign calendars, assets, and global coordination
• Efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact for our business and users

Skills

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in building platforms and campaign based marketing technology or ads/promotions systems
• Familiarity with AI automation in campaign management
• Track record of driving incremental revenue and scaling global programs
• Entrepreneurial experience of taking an idea to reality
• Demonstrated track record of building cross-functional and executive leadership alignment
• Desire to do individual contributor product management work
