They are seeking a Product Manager to define and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered creation experiences in Power BI, while partnering closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver impactful features at scale.

Responsibilities

• Defines and drives the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered creation experiences in Power BI, aligning with broader team and organizational goals
• Partners closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver intelligent authoring features that are intuitive, reliable, and impactful at scale
• Deeply understands customer needs through research, telemetry, and direct engagement, translating insights into well-defined product requirements
• Works across Microsoft teams to ensure AI capabilities integrate cohesively into the Power BI experience and broader Fabric ecosystem
• Uses data and experimentation to evaluate feature success, iterate quickly, and make informed prioritization decisions
• Communicates product strategy and progress clearly to stakeholders at all levels, from engineering partners to senior leadership

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree, OR equivalent experience
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
• Bachelor's Degree AND 1+ year(s) experience in product/service/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience
• 1+ year(s) experience with Power BI
• 1+ year(s) experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework)
• 1+ year(s) experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn)
• 1+ year(s) experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product)
