The role involves installation, configuration, upgrades, and support of PeopleSoft applications, with a focus on performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• PeopleSoft environment administration experience
• PeopleTools installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance
• PUM updates, patching, migrations, and environment refreshes
• WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler experience
• Database experience (Oracle/SQL)
• Performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications
• Healthcare/Payer domain experience preferred
