Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. h3 Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Integration Engineer to join their Software Engineering team. In this role, you will serve as the primary authority on the OFSC platform, guiding the integration team through architectural decisions, API design, and implementation best practices while collaborating closely with full-stack developers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the OFSC platform, defining integration specs, API contracts, and technical workflows
• Design and build custom plugins using the OFSC Plugin Framework and JavaScript SDK
• Configure core platform components, including routing logic, capacity categories, business rules, and work zones
• Partner with full-stack developers to provide technical guidance on API consumption, payload structures, and asynchronous messaging patterns

• OFSC REST API Architecture (Activity, Resource, Capacity, Core Manage) — 6+ years
• JavaScript SDK / OFSC Plugin Framework — 3+ years
• Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Core Platform & Configuration — 6+ years
• Oracle Field Service Cloud Integration & REST APIs (Activity, Resource, Capacity, Core Manage) — 6+ years
• Field Service Workflows and Operations Experience — 1+ years
• Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification
• Experience with Field Inspection or Asset Management workflows
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or MuleSoft middleware
• Experience integrating OFSC with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, GIS) via middleware tools like Oracle Integration Cloud or MuleSoft
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0 and modern event-driven, webhook, or asynchronous integration patterns
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and OFSC environment management across dev/test/prod
