Responsibilities
- ✔ Configure, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure
- ✔ Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
- ✔ Manage routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPNs
- ✔ Implement network security standards and best practices
- ✔ Support network upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives
- ✔ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and communication issues
- ✔ Develop and maintain network documentation and procedures
- ✔ Ensure network availability, reliability, and operational efficiency
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise network environments
- Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Configure, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
- Manage routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPNs
- Implement network security standards and best practices
- Support network upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and communication issues
- Develop and maintain network documentation and procedures
- Ensure network availability, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Candidates local to Milwaukee, WI or nearby areas
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments
