• * Proficient in English with a strong grasp of grammar and spelling.
• * Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
• * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• * A calm, patient, and positive attitude when dealing with customers.
• * Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free remote work environment.
• Experience
• * No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
• * Previous experience in customer service, online support, or chat handling is a plus.
• Working Hours
• * Flexible scheduling: Choose between day, evening, or weekend shifts.
• * Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week is required.
