[Remote] Licensed Client Service Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Thrivent Financial for Lutherans is seeking a Licensed Client Service Administrator to provide licensed administrative support to Cornerstone Financial Group. This role involves assisting Financial Advisors and clients with account inquiries, maintaining client information, and supporting daily operations of the practice.

Responsibilities

  • Enter client information into various systems
  • Prepare and update financial plans and presentation material for client meetings
  • Enter information into financial planning software and prepare draft financial plans
  • Deepen existing client relationships through processing of client requests, resolving client questions, and making sure client information and documentation are up to date
  • Research and respond to client inquiries
  • Finalize and track all client account and application paperwork
  • Gather and maintain customer suitability information
  • Assist in generating performance reports
  • Maintain information in CRM (Salesforce) system
  • Fill out necessary forms for opening and maintaining accounts
  • Handle request for transfers of funds in and out of accounts
  • Identify and offer recommendations on how to optimize workflows
  • Providing support to Advisors during client meetings
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Lead Advisor

Skills

  • Securities (6/63, 7/66, or 7/63 & 65) or Life, Health, and Annuity registration required
  • Extremely strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce) or ability to learn
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions
  • Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
  • Degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation/experience, 2+ years preferred
