Perfict is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong EPIC Tapestry implementation experience to lead healthcare IT projects. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful EPIC implementations within scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee EPIC Tapestry implementation activities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans
• Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
• Support change management, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 4+ years of direct IT Project Management experience
• Proven experience managing EPIC implementation projects
• Hands-on experience with EPIC Tapestry
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a healthcare environment
• Experience in Healthcare IT environments
• PMP or other Project Management certification is a plus
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and healthcare systems
