In this role, you will support client communication, assist with insurance-related tasks, and help maintain accurate documentation throughout the process. Day-to-Day Duties
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, and communication tools
- Assist with insurance applications, policy updates, and general requests
- Monitor open requests and provide timely updates to clients
- Maintain accurate client information in internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth workflows
Qualifications
- Prior experience in insurance or customer service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
