They are seeking a Human Resources Intern to support the Global People Support team, gaining hands-on experience in HR operations and project management.

Responsibilities

• HR research
• Project management
• Process support
• Participating in departmental and general IJM administrative support

Skills

• Bachelor's degree must be in progress for DC/Remote Internships and applicants need to have completed at least two years of undergraduate study
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and principles
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with project and/or process management and enhancement preferred
