[Remote] Human Resources Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bean Sprouts Café is a women-owned, award-winning café concept located inside family destinations. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support their HR functions and contribute to building a strong workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including maintaining job posts and candidate records, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department
  • Assist with providing timely responses to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  • Assist with special projects and operational tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive records

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attentive to detail and solution focused
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with Human Resource Information Systems or Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Successful passage of a criminal background screen is required to meet position eligibility
  • Previous experience in human resources or recruiting is a plus
