Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Remote Household Coverage Representative to join our dedicated team. Your multilingual skills and medical terminology knowledge will be instrumental in effectively assisting a broad client base. Duties

  • Respond promptly to household coverage requests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Verify and update client information accurately through data entry and computer systems.
  • Provide detailed explanations of coverage options, policies, and procedures in multiple languages as needed.
  • Collaborate with medical offices, insurance providers, and internal teams to resolve coverage issues efficiently.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and company standards.
  • Assist clients with understanding medical terminology related to their coverage plans for better decision-making.
  • Utilize analysis skills to identify trends or recurring issues in household coverage inquiries for process improvement.

Skills

  • Multilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language to serve diverse households effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medical office procedures to assist clients accurately.
  • Excellent computer skills including data entry, CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
  • Previous experience in medical offices or healthcare-related customer support is preferred.
  • Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs, identify solutions, and improve service delivery.
