The role involves working closely with clinical staff to translate workflows into security templates and requires experience in writing functional specifications and project change management.

Responsibilities

• Look specifically for the terms EMP (Epic User Database) and SER (Epic Provider Database)
• Access Lifecycle Management: Resumes should show experience with user provisioning, de-provisioning (offboarding), role-based access control (RBAC), and access auditing
• Clinical/Technical Liaison: Look for candidates who have worked directly with clinical staff (doctors, nurses) to translate hospital workflows into technical security templates
• Lvl 3 Analyst Capabilities: The candidate must have experience writing functional specifications, creating detailed test plans, and handling project change management
• Source heavily from major hospital systems, academic medical centers, or dedicated healthcare IT consulting firms
