[Remote] Epic Ambulatory Analyst

Career Soft Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Epic Application Analyst Level 3 with strong EpicCare Ambulatory expertise to support ongoing system operations in a live healthcare environment. This role focuses on production support and operational management, including handling ticket queues, resolving user issues, and supporting ambulatory workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Managing ticket queues (ServiceNow or similar)
  • Responding to physician issues
  • Clinic workflow problems
  • System defects
  • Prioritizing user requests and system changes
  • Coordinating fixes with Epic build teams
  • Technical teams
  • Supporting workflow optimizations
  • System enhancements
  • Helping users understand how Epic should function
  • How to fix workflow issues

Skills

  • EpicCare Ambulatory Certification (MANDATORY)
  • Strong experience in: production support
  • Ticket queue management
  • User-facing troubleshooting
  • Experience working in a live Epic environment
  • Ability to handle high-volume requests independently
  • Experience supporting multiple Epic modules
  • Clinical workflow understanding
  • Experience in large hospital systems
