Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the dispatch process promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in dispatch operations or a similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of dispatch software and tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
