Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Agility Partners is seeking a Data Scientist to join our clients growing AI organization. This role will support high-impact initiatives focused on personalization, customer insights, experimentation, forecasting, and AI-driven decision making across digital products and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and optimize machine learning models
• Design and analyze A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
• Develop datasets, analytics frameworks, and feature pipelines
• Work with large-scale behavioral and transactional data
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business problems
• Monitor model performance and drive continuous improvements
• Translate complex findings into actionable business insights
• Define and track success metrics across digital products and experiences

Skills

• 3-7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics
• Strong Python experience (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Experience building and deploying machine learning models
• Strong statistical foundation and experimentation experience
• Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, or similar frameworks
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
• Experience working in Agile, fast-paced environments
• Recommendation systems, personalization, or customer segmentation
• LLMs, RAG, or AI-powered applications
• Clickstream or digital product analytics
• Databricks, real-time systems, or cloud data platforms
• Power BI or similar analytics tools
