[Remote] Customer Success Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Work Force Nexus is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join their growing team. This role involves supporting customers throughout their journey by assisting with onboarding, resolving queries, and ensuring they gain maximum value from the company's products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding and training of new customers
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and online channels
  • Build positive relationships with customers and understand their business needs
  • Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities to improve engagement
  • Assist in resolving customer issues by coordinating with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system
  • Prepare customer reports, meeting notes, and account updates
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services
  • Support customer retention and renewal activities
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Good problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Internship or customer-facing experience
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
  • Basic understanding of customer success or account management principles
  • Experience with customer service tools or ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of SaaS products is advantageous
