Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Southcoast Health is a not-for-profit health system providing comprehensive healthcare in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. They are seeking a Clinical Analyst Coord-EPIC to support clinical systems and end users by analyzing workflows, assessing system needs, and training end-users.

Responsibilities

• Performing analysis of workflow
• Assessment of system needs and requirements
• Planning, designing, and testing of systems and interfaces
• Coordinating work efforts with applicable MIS and organizational personnel
• Training end-users as required
• Documenting and troubleshooting work involved in systems implementation and maintenance
• Acting as liaison to physicians and clinical area end users

Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing or ancillary clinical discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience
• Experience supporting Epic and/or other healthcare information systems
• PC-based computer skills, spreadsheet and word processing proficiency
• Five (5) years MIS and/or clinical experience, including three (3) years in similar and related position
• Must obtain Epic certification
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
• Technical/programming experience
• CPHMIS or ANA Nursing Informatics Certification
• Possessing a Healthy Planet certification or other relevant certifications
